AirPura F400 Air Filtration System

Large Long-lasting True HEPA Filter.
The AirPura F400 features a surprisingly large True HEPA filter containing an impressive 40 sq. ft. of HEPA media, capturing over 99.97% of microscopic airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns. This ensures superior protection against lung-damaging dust, allergens, cigarette smoke, airborne pathogens, and other fine contaminants
The range of solid airborne pollutants effectively removed by True HEPA filter includes, but is mot liited to: mold spores, plant spores, pollen, house dust mites and debris, lung damaging dust, pet dander, bird feather dust, microscopic ash particles in cigarette, wildfire smoke and smoke from wood burning stove, airborne pathogens (microbes, bacteria, germs, viruses) etc. The chemically inert HEPA filter metal endcaps improve the filter and eliminated the risk of polluted air by-passes.

SUPER HEPA Filter Upgrade.
The available upgrade to the higher efficiency 99.99% @ 0.3 µ Super HEPA filter ensures higher air filtration rate and therefore offers greater protection from airborne allergens, lung damaging dust and pathogens. Select the Super HEPA filter option from the "HEPA FILTER" pull-down menu.

Large Separate Filter Canister.
The AirPura F400 VOC filter canister contains substantial amount (8 lbs.) of the AirPura specially formulated Formaldehyde adsorbent blend. The mixture of activated carbon with special additives guarantees an enhanced adsorption of formaldehyde along wiith other toxic chemical substances.
Important Notice!
The AirPura F400 Super Blend adsorbent contains special enhancing additives known for releasing their own slight scent. While this does not affect the vast majority of air purifier users, individuals with elevated or multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS) may experience some discomfort or irritation. For these users, AirPura R400 model featuring standard activated carbon or AirPura G400 with German Odorless Certified carbon are recommended instead.

Polyester based Pre-filter (standard).
The polyester-based pre-filter serves as the first stage of the AirPura F400 filtration system. It captures the majority of larger, visible dust and debris, helping protect the True HEPA filter from premature loading and extending its service life. The pre-filter can be vacuumed externally through the unit’s perforated metal intake screen, and should be replaced when it becomes overly soiled or damaged—typically every 12 months.
